Reaver S-Tier or Overrated? Need help for a survey

Hey Valorant community!

Ever found yourself debating if that new skin bundle is actually worth the VP? Is the Reaver collection truly S-tier, or is it just hype? Does how complex a skin looks change how much you want it? I'm a master student from the University of Amsterdam (UvA) looking into exactly this: how weapon skin design in Valorant affects its perceived value and your decision to buy. This research has been approved by the Economics and Business Ethics Committee (Approval number: EB-10833). You can find the right language version for you in the upper right corner.

If you meet these criteria, I need your expert opinions!

• Played Valorant within the past year
• Purchased at least one virtual item (skin, battle pass, etc.) in Valorant in the past year
• Are 18+ years old

• Briefly answer some screening questions about your gaming.
• View and evaluate a weapon skin design (rating complexity, appeal, value).
• Answer a few questions on purchase intentions and basic demographics.

when you dont have the skin and u pick it up off the ground from someone else it is novel and new to you; like a baby to a new toy, and thus you like it
however once u buy the skin urself and repeatedly use it for 3-4 games u will get bored of it and thus growing dislike towards it

you may like a skin when u dont have it but once u have it ull gradually dislike it for MOST vandals
theres some staple vandals that i never get bored of

plus what makes the skin good is the sound not the actual visuals
like recon phantom

As much as interesting the topic you've chosen for your studies, I'd definitely recommend using Google Forms to ensure crowd's assurance on the security, if there's more questions will help a lot in spicing up the data you need,

A tier skin, clean and not too basic or overbearing, the S rating comes from it being OG. Same as prime.

You are completely missing a major point of appeal for skins in this game (at least for me). I do not care how it looks but I care significantly about about the sound design. Certain gun skins have very satisfying sounds that appeal to me far more than the gun aesthetic. Case and point: recon phantom is an ugly dull skin but it is one of my most used gun skins despite the fact that I don't see any aesthetic appeal with it. The helix and araxys phantoms are much cooler looking but due to sound design I would never buy them. Just my two cents, and I hope you find some interesting data.
