It's really hard to say because we have hyped up Tier 2 players before and they have been complete ass.

He has a very specific playstyle because he ops more than anyone else in the world, his direct concurrent last year was Xeus in T2 turkey, but he is better than him imo. He has the best duelist pool u could ask for so I'd put him as a mix between Kaajak and prime Cned

Best OPer in EMEA T1. Great entry too. Contends with Miniboo for best Neon in EMEA. Great on Jett too. Plays Raze and Yoru too but prefers the former 2 if possible
