No..their issue is simply their calling style. Way too slow and reactive. Way to little prep stuff it feels like they just make shit up half the time.

Put igl duty on someone else and switch coach. Thats all the teams neede

trexx midrounding is surprisingly very good. vit suffer a lot from bad midrounding
