hltv is an unmoderated clusterfuck of unnecessary features. the only valid criticism of vlr is the ranking system, not sure why it has never gotten fixed or removed.

what unnecessary features for example? And only soft people care about moderation lol,if its not some straight up spam or degeneracy who cares lol,u def get ur thread deleted and banned if u break the rules on hltv,this site is way easier to moderate cause its way less active

honestly, from a completely unbiased viewpoint, VLR is slightly better. The ability to downfrag users, simpler user interface, better community, and less gambling ads give it the edge. Also, there's 3 very simple categories, making it easier to filter threads.

downfragging is a cringe feature that should be left on reddit,it just encourages npc behavior,if the masses dont like something u say they can mass downfrag ur opinion and feel like they are doing something by making ur opinion look more stupid in the eyes of other npcs instead of actually debating it
