a non korean team signing korean players feels wrong for me, we all know korean player have been dominating apac since forever and teams from sea for example keep their hardwork and develop their own talent to keep up and fight them but this move from GE feels like theyre taking the easy way. I mean its okay for 1 or 2 korean players like the previous roster but 4 is shameless....but go chase ur win ig

Well their academy is SA and not SEA, and it takes time to develop when the scene is so behind compared to even SEA players.

It's not like they haven't tried to get SEA players, but in the past they have had to pay huge sums for signing SEA players cuz of their contract buyouts or look at other cheaper options who end up being mid players whereas you have korean FA players who dont even need any VISA work.

Its pretty much done to achieve something in the short term, while they develop Indian talent side by side as it will take some time to develop SA talent.

I understand for you it feels like more slots are going to korean players instead of it being for every region as it should, but believe me they would have done it if they could on such short notice.

multiple indian players are capable of hitting top 10 if they wanted to just that they just like other pros can't play too much with scrim and season going on, check in off-season you will always find Indians around top 10, rank matters so little that zephe who is never picked by an Indian team to play tier 2 and is more like content creator has even made it to top 1 in one act for sometime and he is always radiant
