Hello, I think your view of the world has some holes in it, let me explain why EWC is worse than a tournament in China (which of course has it's downsides and people have also spoken out about)

His rights are not respected, he owns nothing, and there is a high probability he will die at work or after it from over exhaustion , lack of nutrients etc.etc.) the money that comes from these procedures and many more (I dont wanna essay or go in depth cause people dont gaf) is directly prizepool money for the tournament.

The chinese "child slave money" is not going directly into the champs prizepool (also they kinda figured out that you can be more efficient with machines and their manufacturing developed and is kinda wordlclass which makes it a bit better now for the chinese children, not that it matters that much), instead the china prizepool comes from vct riot gaming skin machine. I think i got fooled by platchat, I dont follow europe tier 2 (there are too many leagues idk whats going on), so I just watched their episode on it before/after the finals. They painted him as a hard choker and only seeing the grand final i kinda agreed. Looking at his other games i don't know what they were smoking, you are right he was just the #1 choice

Headshot% is not the beat measure of aim at the pro level. I think viewers automatically associate kills with aim, especially for duelists, however this is often not the case. Jemkin gets a lot of kills by being proactive and finding the right timing (gamesense), his swings are also great (movement + preaim) , he is really good at anticipating how, when in what order people will peek him and placing his crosshair accordingly (preaim)

I think what seperates from other duelists is not insane raw aim but rather a deep understanding of the game, quick thinking and supreme confidence.

Still a good aimer in game but I swear he could do a bodyshot only challenge and still go +15 against most teams in apac.

When u are in a ranked game are your stats better when you are playing against better or worse teams? Are your stats better when you lose 13/11 or 13/4. What I am saying is , it's really hard to perform against teams that you may be on a similar or slightly worse level if thwir team is much better than your team. You will play less gun rounds, play more retakes, get traded less , die from angles held by your teammates more etc. etc.

Judge is annoying in ranked but in pro with good fundamentals and comps with util (that we hopefully use) it really isnt that strong.

Pro tip if you wanna trade a judge without util you have to crouchpeek with intent to shoot (not fully prefire but just be ready)

No man what I am saying is my duelist main fighting focused friend joined a customs server an dolays a mmr higher than what you require and has 1.8 kd and a 75/80% winrate because mechanics shine more in organized enviornments. You are not a bum you simply dont understand that the difference between a dia/asc player and a like 300/400rr player (even ingoring radiants) is larger than the difference between you and a gold player. It may seem unfair but that's just the truth

Its gonna be hard reality check for you. You WILL lose 80% of pistols where util isn't a large factor. You will also not be able to play confidently and gather info without util investment. You will get shit on by the enemy lurkers. You will lose 1v2s and 1v3s. You will lose contact fights. You will lose to agro plays, you will lose 1s and 50/50s. At the highest level teamplay beats individuals but when the gap is this large you will be helpless.

Btw radiants also arent dumb, they are good at solo plays , picking timings , being on the right angle, having a lurk in mind etc.

Good luck however i recommend focusing on mechanics and individual ability, respectfully even a good team of dia/asc players with synergy and lineups will get stomped by a mid tier immo 3 pugsquad. I tried

Pro play slow af so much util everything culminates in like 10 seconds and the back to afk. Ranked sucks eveyrone wants to sit afk and wait for kills nobody is proactive and eveyrbody complains that u r not letting them play if you tell them to swing. This meta is fucking atrocious

Is a perfect inditement of the state of the game. Utility no longer creates opportunities for advantages it simply guarantees kills. This game felt like the fucking last cavalry unit facing tanks on the other side of the battlefield and getting run down. Fuck your aim , i am gonna run and gun you at close to mid distance and use my 2 fucking metric tons of util to take as little fights in which mechanics are the deciding factor.
