HARD Disagree. Liquid has been going in a budget direction after year one of partnership flopped at champs. This roster WILL make champs, so they will just stay the same...

Sen have home advantage, they have 90% of the fans that come to the games, even non-sen games have sen fans who show up. They just are the most popular NA team, like them or not, the fans always get the seats.

THATS WHAT IM SAYING. Dude legit living off of the first 3 week span of partnership.

Week 1 - Lotus
I played Yoru both games, game one we started up 9-3 on defense before closing it out 13-3. I ended up going 15/11/4 on map one. Game two we choked, hard. Although we were already down 10-2 at the half, we should have been able to comeback, but the game ended at 13-7. I ended up going 16/18/4 on map two.

Week 2 - Pearl
Unfortunetly, we only had time for one game this week, however we did end up winning. We were down 8-2 at one point on attack, but me being on Deadlock, I knew all we needed was three. I told the team, "get me at least three and I promise we win this game." Alas, we ended the half 9-3, but with us finally locking in, we did it, we came back from 9-3 down and won the game 13-10. I ended the game going 23/16/6.

Week 3 - Split
I was put on Cypher this week, and I had 2 insane life games. Game one started and although we at one point went down 2-3, we close the half out at 7-5. After the half, they never got another round and the first game ended 13-5. I ended up going 24/10/3 on map one. Game two however, would not be as easy... We started attack and went down 2-7, before I called a timeout. We took a breather, calmed our nerves, and came up with a plan as well as corrected our mistakes. We managed to salvage the half at 5-7, swapping to defense, our better half. They however, got the pistol and the anti-eco, but we werent going down easy. We managed to bring it back and although it went to overtime, the ladder part of the game was never close. We won the game 15-13. I had a statline of 30/15/7 map two.

Week 4 - Ascent
Map one we were scrambling to figure out roles last minute, I played Jett map one and without a solid plan, we got shit on 13-4 (sorry guys its the truth.) I ended up 7/15, my worst stats yet. Map two we swapped up roles completely, and @aToppHat played Jett, with me taking Sova this game. The results were drastically different, we started on defense and went up 7-5 at the half. The second half however, I was able to flex my calling and midrounding muscles. I helped call a near flawless half, with the team winning almost every fight. We ended the game at 13-6, an insane recovery after the prior game. I ended with a statline of 19/10/3.

This week will be week 5, im not sure what map it is, but with us only needing to play two games to qualify to playoffs, we are essentially secured a spot there. Please look forward to Prancer's Cloudberry Recaps, since he does a much better job then I do. I hope you all continue to support us through our premier journey!

Okay, here it is.
G2 3-2 Team Vitality. The script?
VIT go through uppers after beating G2 the first time, and since they go through uppers they get double map ban, banning Pearl and Abyss. But G2 have film on what they did wrong in the upper finals, and they make the proper adjustments.
Series starts 1-0 for Vitality, they win Split in an overtime thriller 15-13, with Less hitting and insane 3k clutch to win map 1.
Map 2 goes to G2, they win their map pick Lotus 13-7.
Map 3 also goes to G2, they win Haven in another overtime. This time, G2 start slow on Haven going down 9-3 at the half, but bring it back to win the map 14-12.
Map 4 is Fracture, Derke goes insane and drops 35 in a 13-11 map where it goes back and forth for the first bit, but then VIT pull away.
The 5th and Final Map is Bind. This one, a classic... G2 pull ahead at the start of the game, going up 5 rounds, but then VIT call a timeout, and the half ends 6-6. The second half starts and VIT win pistol then proceed to convert the bonus, going up 11-6, but then G2 call a timeout, bridging the gap from 11-6 to 11-11. VIT answer and the score becomes 12-11. VIT start the next round up in a 5v3, but then, the dawg is unleashed, dragging then back into the round, closing it out, 12-12, and we get another overtime. Back and fourth, round after round the teams trade, 18-18. Then, G2 do it, they go up 19-18, and then in another 5v3 in favor of VIT, when it seems like we are going to another round of OT, The GOAT in that one guys throat, Valyn, does it, he aces, and wins G2 Masters Bangkok.

Thanks for reading the LEAKED script of the Masters Bangkok final...

yeah, it feels bad. Brazil just doesn't get the love that they deserve sometimes

posted 5 months ago

I like this. I think this makes sense. I would say 5-6 are interchangable. Bottom 4 is right IMO as much as I would love for Brazil to have a bounceback year.

posted 5 months ago

Yeah, this helps! I think all your points are valid and totally could happen.
KRU is one of those teams that could be insane or could fall flat in my opinion. I think the skill of that team is insane, and should be pushing for a T4 finish, but America's is SO stacked its hard.
I want C9 to suck soooo bad, but I dont see them being any worse then 8th. Like, they will just fraud their way to wins they shouldn't get.
Loud in last is hard, just because Pancada and Cauanzin are insane players who could singlehandedly win them games probably.

posted 5 months ago

So where would NRG go for you? 4/5 or lower? I could agree that NRG are high, but I just think that team is insanely good from a skill perspective and the way their comms were at the SEN City tournament, seem like a great team.

posted 5 months ago

Thank you for your info on the Brazil teams. I really love brazilian valorant and the passion their fans bring so i hope they do well this year.

I do think the floor for both C9 and EG is as low as can be, but the ceiling for both teams can be increadibly high as well, so we will see.

posted 5 months ago

totally agree, but if C9 make playoffs, then they have to at minimum be a top 8 team no?

posted 5 months ago

Yeah, they need to be moved up, I just think its hard with the way they ended the season and how the offseason started for them. But the Jett/Raze point makes sense so they do need to go up.
I hate c9 but I do think they will do well in the regular season.

posted 5 months ago

100T was a hard to team to judge overall because I think losing Bang was a massive blow, Bang was an insanely underrated player. But I agree about the Jett/Raze thing and that does put them higher now that I think about it, prob around 6/7ish.

As much as I hate C9, they have always been regular and off season merchants and will sneak their way into playoffs. I think v1c is insane but I can agree to move them lower. I dont think C9 can go any lower then 8 though because I just see them as a playoff team.

I REALLY want to have faith in LOUD, but the amount of unknown on that team is crazy. Like, Pancada and Cauanzin are insane players so im not sure.

If EG win kickoff i go bald

posted 5 months ago

I think oxy and v1c help c9 not be a bottom feeder, EG is suspect to fraud watch tho. I keep my hopes up for most teams because I just want good valorant, but I have almost no faith in Furia, but I'm also not super tuned into the Brazilian scene. If you wouldnt mind letting me know what they are doing that would be awesome.

I'm trying to come up with a tierlist for AMER25, but I'm getting stuck around 5-10. By no means is my list perfect, but I want opinions on it.
I think 1-4/5 is pretty set in stone and those are the teams expected to make champs by the end of the year. I think Furia and 2G will be the bottom two teams, but I have hopes for 2G to have a M8 type of year, gets a few wins and maybe an upset or two. I really like that team. Where I get stuck is the middle, I have no clue how to order those teams. I think it's fair to put them in any order there, but i'm honestly not sure. Any thoughts on what to change?

  1. G2
  2. NRG
  3. SEN
  4. MIBR
  5. LEV
  6. KRU
  7. C9
  8. 100T
  9. LOUD
  10. EG
  11. 2G
  12. FURIA

French fans are built different, and I believe that it was a KC event with multiple games played so many different fans. Also, I think that one of the co-owners of KC is a massive influencer.
