pretty solid yeah, unless these screenshots and stories are complete lies it's over for her
yeah its really sad, and even if she had a rape kit flor would just claim it was all consensual
police can rarely do anything because it requires much more proof, and lots of bad things aren't illegal (e.g. non-sexual manipulation, cheating, "using someone for their body", etc). twitter is the best she can get, so might as well i guess? it may or may not be enough closure for her, but it's better than nothing
yeah, if this went to trial she would be tried for actual rape/sa and not statutory (i.e. underage) rape, but since she was under 18, she wouldn't be held to the same full standards that adults are
I don't think it's possible to "prove" rape most of the time, as in the legal sense. what she's doing is trying to "convince" us instead. also it's not defamation if it's true
from a brief google search it seems legal in canada, age of consent is 16 (e.g. 16 and 30 is legal) and there are close-in-age exceptions under 16 (e.g. 14 and 15 is legal)
i was initially a bit doubtful, but i think this proves a lot about flor's character, so it's enough proof for me unless flor posts some bombshell response. it won't be enough evidence legally, but it's enough for me

The allegations claim they were together and had consensual sex at first, so I'm assuming this much is true. What happened from then onward is very difficult to prove or disprove, and none of your examples apply
agreed, unfortunately this isn't a case where either side can 100% prove guilt/innocence, so legally flor's response is the best possible. certainly not the best for public image though
