im really not down on fnatic i just dont think they dominated their region even though it kinda seems like it based on upper and grand final. the reason i have a little lower is im worried that starting in playoffs will hurt them more then it helps them, had they started in groups i would have them a lot higher tbh.

nah i didnt even watch ewc qualifiers, the low defense winrate is just based on all of split 1 they have about a 36% defense winrate across all maps and a 60% attack winrate which is the last thing you want against GenG who is defense sided team with the gamble stacks based on tendencies. and yeah i wouldnt say the g2 bo5 was close either imo if you consider sen a stomp then g2 bo5 is also a stomp. btw im not a brazil hater as much as it probably seems like it i genuinely want them to do well.
i agree but i actually think the tejo nerfs favor them and i think their map pool is fixable. also if serial gets comfortable they become scary asf. also they start groups against worse competition it lets them get warm.

i think wolves have much more potential then blg and i dont think they were giving 100% after they qualified to masters tbh that or they just forgot how they played the previous day but we will see. i also think being CN 3rd makes teams more likely to overlook you if that makes sense like they tend to be underrated and good for a upset.

have extra prep time starting in playoffs, proven they can adapt to multiple metas, obviously the most consistent team this year. just a cold take sorry to be boring
assuming patmen gets his visa i have a ton of faith, the turn around in playoffs was impressive you can already see the impact a new player and mini helping behind the scenes has had but going into a comfort meta and being viewed as a bit of a underdog will only help them this event has them written all over it especially with sunset coming back and jinggs return to form
best haven itw they can honestly lean on it and it will get them deep but i expect them to benefit more from the tejo changes and really come with some good ideas with how proven the coaching staff is atp
china as a whole is gonna be underrated this event but this team is getting a upgrade and has has the longest time to prep, their system is very plug and playable i dont expect the -you to hurt them much at all and rarga is so good people who dont know will know after this event and fracture was one of xlg's worse maps so they benefit from the map pool change as well
i kinda understand why people are down on liquid because they got rinsed by heretics in a bo5 and serial hasnt adapted to his role yet but yes well their map pool is weak if they can fix it up a bit they have such powerhouse maps already that it becomes so much harder to target weak points plus they have a very good meta read. i think they will surprise a lot of people just because of how low expectations seem to be.
the tejo nerf does fuck up their roles a bit but i think kaplan is good enough to find what works for them quickly and sentinels has always been a highly individualistic team so as long as they can lean on zekken and 1 other to pull them over the line i think its pretty safe to assume they can get here. they also benefit from fracture out.
probably a little lower then most but i feel like the way in which they won emea still gives me doubts, i think they would have benefited a lot from playing in groups just to get kaajak used to international stage but without that im a little worried for him and for some reason teams in emea dont know how to veto against them and always pick lotus or icebox into them for some reason even though their ascent is awful. i just think its too early for this team to expect them to be competing for the trophy, i could see them getting a win though.
the way they won split 1 was extremely close on a different day they would have got 3-0d by paper rex and skipping groups is also rough for this new of a team especially with their pressure troubles in the past. they heavily rely on jemkin and i just dont think that will work against this level of opponents at least not for more then a series. also a big abuser of tejo that hasnt proven they can adapt to metas.
a huge ? for most probably putting them at 12 but this team has insane firepower and the peaks this roster can reach are very high they just need to be consistent which is easier said then done but with the opposition they have in groups i believe they will be able to get a upset.
them being here is a fluke they are not in form and you already know they are going to revert to old 2024 meta which all these teams will have figured out. I think they have a very good stylistic match up against mibr so they have to be 10th for me but in a vaccum i would put them last. the only positive for them i guess is fracture going out but they will probably just perma ban sunset anyway.

its not apart of the circuit = teams dont care thats all your saying here bro could have summed that up in a sentence. sure yeah teams who do well could be negatively impacted for split 2 but they will still try to win a trophy and prize pool of that size teams arent going to save strats unless your like g2 or a team with champs locked in there is no reason to not try just for a better chance at possibly making champs. if you believe that your slow.
