Because it's just a fact??? Look at the prize pools from both of the stages of NA challengers and look at the prize pool from GC NA currently. Not only does riot favor GC more by giving them access to the literal VCT AMERICAS twitch and youtube channel but also gives ~20k more than tier 2.
